fMRI code

The current (last update on August 2000) MATLAB code for running the fMRI software is accessible in the following directories:

fMRI-tools contains most of the fMRI package. ( fMRI-tools.tar)
fMRI-view contains mostly routines used for viewing the results of fMRI analysis. ( fMRI-view.tar)
fMRI-post mostly functions used for post-processing. ( fMRI-post.tar)
TalairachOutlines Brain outlines in Talairach space . ( TalairachOutlines.tar)
fMRI-examples mostly functions used for post-processing. ( fMRI-examples.tar)
