Changes made in the fMRI package during switch to Matlab 5 (summer 97) :

Matlab functions that were modified

Modified copies of those functions are put in fMRI-tools directory so that they are used instead of original Matlab functions.

double
The modified version executes Matlab code only if Matlab 5 is running.
ginput
The modified version uses crosshair instead of fullcrosshair to show the pointer, the latter is not visible in tal_define application.
